Insite Technology Ltd was founded in 1992, the company's main business activity the wholesale distribution of computer hardware, PC's and peripherals to the IT industry in New Zealand. In the year 2000 Insite Technology Ltd was purchased by Renaissance Corporation Ltd (RCL), a publicly listed company on the NZSE, (for further information please go to: Renaissance). Insite Technology Ltd is now a stand alone but fully owned subsidiary of RCL, focused on the local assembly and distribution of computers, notebooks and server products, marketed under the iTEC & INSITE brands
