We are certified Medtech Engineers and support the Medtech Software that a lot of practices use.

We recommend regular Interbase Backups and Restores.

These should be done monthly and certainly prior to any update of the Medtech Software, however small. At the very lease take a copy of the mt32.ib and blob.ib files in the mt32\data directory prior to upgrading. A few minutes here could save hours of heartache later.
